I am about 95% done with resto'n my 125 hp. 2001 Beck 550 Spyder. New silver paint, black and gray interior, detailed the motor , added a fan forced remote oil cooler, new brakes and steering box . Still waiting on the custom made seats and need to figure out how to make the top that came with it fit correctly. Glad I tore into this project as I found a number of safety issues that would have otherwise , gone un-noticed.

Brakes. The TD needs a brake job. Bad. Gotta be done by Carlisle...and I only have about two free weekends between now and then

Shoe sets, brake hardware kits, ( has the new springs, retainer pins etc) wheel cylinders, cause you know the bleeders will break off .... Check the brake hoses, any older than 5 years or more change them out as they will collapse from the inside. May need to soak to loosen them up or better yet, just replace them for the few bucks each ....Take a close gander at the steel lines too as if memory serves me right , the TD has been with us for a while...........Y' all have fun........hear !
